Alexis Bittar Jewelry Stores: Weird or Wonderful?

Alexis Bittar has recently launched his new jewelry stores in Los Angeles (Hollywood and Venice), San Francisco, and Chicago. All of his shop designs – including the first ones in New York (West Village, Madison, and Soho) – are inspired by nature; decorated with flower patterns and stuffed animals. Some of the animals are from old museum collections; others are taken from wildlife preserves and zoos after they have died. Some were actually pets of the taxidermist. Take a look!

uh?? Well, the placements of the animals are not so that it feels claustrophobic of anything and it does look tastefully done, but hehe! I don’t think I’d feel comfortable using something that I had to take off an animal’s antler!!

What do you think?
